How does the intake form work?

You send your client a unique link. They fill in a guided form — creative direction, references, deliverables, timeline, and budget. No account needed on their end.

Can I customise the intake questions?

Yes. Every question is editable from your Settings. Add, remove, or reorder questions to match how your studio works.

What does the AI actually generate?

Claude (Anthropic) reads your client's answers and writes a structured creative brief — executive summary, creative direction, deliverables list, revision policy, and timeline.

Does my client need to create an account?

No. They open a link, fill in the form, and review/approve the brief — all without signing up.

What happens after the brief is approved?

The brief is locked. Both sides have a signed PDF they can reference at any point. Scope creep has nowhere to hide.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes — on Personal plan and above. Upload your logo and set your brand colours. They appear on the intake form and PDF.

Is this only for motion designers?

Built with motion studios in mind — animation, VFX, video production, broadcast. But any creative doing client work with deliverables and deadlines will feel right at home.
